Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This site does not set cookies on your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, a banner will appear and ask you first.

The exception

WordPress sets session and authentication cookies for anyone who logs in to administer the site. That applies to us, not to you as a visitor. Those are strictly necessary cookies and are exempt from the consent requirement in Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

What does happen, and why it still matters

Cookies are not the only way a website touches your data. This site loads files from other servers, and your browser has to tell each of them your IP address in order to fetch anything. An IP address is personal data under the GDPR, so we list them rather than pretend the absence of cookies means the absence of processing.

Some of those are established in the United States. The Privacy Policy sets out the transfer safeguards we rely on and the rights you have.

Controlling it yourself

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and restrict third-party requests, under Settings in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Blocking the hosts above may stop parts of this site from displaying correctly, which is a trade-off you are entitled to make.

Changes

If we add analytics, embedded media or anything else that writes to your device, we will publish a consent banner and update this page before it goes live, as Article 22.2 LSSI-CE requires. Questions to contact@valhguard.com.
